Note: Drop-off may require a higher Quizify plan.

### How to View Drop-off

1. Select a quiz.
2. Choose a date range and click Apply.
3. Open the Drop-off tab.

### Metrics Card

<table>
  <thead>
    <tr>
      <th>Metric</th>
      <th>What it shows</th>
    </tr>
  </thead>

  <tbody>
    <tr>
      <td>Starts</td>
      <td>Total users who started the quiz</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>Finish</td>
      <td>Total users who reached the result page</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>Completion Rate</td>
      <td>Percentage of users who finished relative to those who started</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>Drop-off Rate</td>
      <td>Percentage of users who left before completion</td>
    </tr>
  </tbody>
</table>

### Drop-off Table

The table breaks down performance step by step through the quiz.

<table>
  <thead>
    <tr>
      <th>Column</th>
      <th>What it shows</th>
    </tr>
  </thead>

  <tbody>
    <tr>
      <td>Questions</td>
      <td>Each quiz step in order, including question type and question text · The final step is typically the Result Page</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>Views</td>
      <td>How many times that question or page was viewed / reached</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td>Drop-off</td>
      <td>How many users left at that step, shown as a count and percentage (for example 0 (0%))</td>
    </tr>
  </tbody>
</table>

Tip: High drop-off on a specific question often means the question is unclear, too long, or appears too early. Use this table to decide which steps to simplify.

## Notes

* Always select a quiz and date range before reviewing metrics.
* Empty charts usually mean there is no data for that period — try All Time or a wider range.
* Revenue, orders, and add-to-cart metrics depend on quiz recommendations and store activity.
