# Email

> Learn about the Email section in the Quiz Builder, including admin submission alerts and customer result emails.

The **Email** section in the Quiz Builder gives you complete control over your quiz-related communications. You can receive real-time admin notifications whenever a shopper completes your quiz, and design fully customizable, automated result emails sent directly to quiz takers.

## Navigation

Open the Email section like this:

1. Go to **Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify**.
2. Open a quiz from **Dashboard** or **My Quizzes** (click **Edit** or create a new quiz).
3. In the Quiz Builder, click **Email** in the left icon menu.

## Page Overview

When Email is selected, the left section list shows the available email workflows:

* **Receive Email** — Instant notification alerts delivered to your store team when a shopper submits a quiz.
* **Send Email** — Automated result emails and recommended products delivered directly to quiz takers.
