# Receive Email

> Configure automated admin submission notification alerts for your internal store team when customers complete a quiz.

The **Receive email** feature automatically notifies store owners or team members each time a customer submits quiz.

## Navigation

To open Receive Email settings:

1. Go to **Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify**.
2. Open any quiz from your **Dashboard** or **My Quizzes** (click **Edit** or create a new quiz).
3. In the Quiz Builder left icon bar, click **Email** (<Icon icon="envelope" color="#000000" />).
4. Select **Receive email** in the left section list.

## Configuration Settings

Use the settings below to enable and configure admin notification emails:

      <td>Enable or disable admin notification emails. Check the box to activate alerts.</td>

      <td><strong>Email </strong></td>
      <td>Enter the target email address where submission notifications should be sent, then click <strong>Add</strong>.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td><strong>Recipient Limit</strong></td>
      <td>You can add up to <strong>3 email addresses</strong> to receive submission alerts simultaneously.</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
      <td><strong>Manage Recipients</strong></td>
      <td>Added email addresses appear as pill tags below the input field. Click the cross icon on any tag to remove that recipient.</td>

## Email Content you will receive after Quiz Submissions

When a quiz taker submits their responses, Quizify generates an automated notification containing:

* **Quiz Information**: Quiz title, Required time to complete quiz, and customer details.
* **User Form Data**: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Marketing Opt-in status.
* **Question & Answer Summary**: A full breakdown of each question asked along with the customer's selected answers.
