The Email section in the Quiz Builder gives you complete control over your quiz-related communications. You can receive real-time admin notifications whenever a shopper completes your quiz, and design fully customizable, automated result emails sent directly to quiz takers. Open the Email section like this:
  1. Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
  2. Open a quiz from Dashboard or My Quizzes (click Edit or create a new quiz).
  3. In the Quiz Builder, click Email in the left icon menu.

When Email is selected, the left section list shows the available email workflows:
  • Receive Email — Instant notification alerts delivered to your store team when a shopper submits a quiz.
  • Send Email — Automated result emails and recommended products delivered directly to quiz takers.
