How to Open Billing
- Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
- Click Billing in the left menu.
Page Overview
When you open Billing, the page title is Plans and Billing. You will see:- Email Usage Banner — Notice explaining email allowances: “Includes 100 free emails per month. Additional emails are $1 per 100 emails.”
- Current Plan card — Displays your active plan, status (Active), monthly price, and a Cancel button (on paid plans).
- Plan cards — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Plus cards detailing plan pricing, features, and additional usage rates.
Subscription
The Current Plan card at the top shows your current active plan.Important:-
- When you switch to the Free plan, quizzes that exceed the Free plan’s publishing limit may be unpublished.
- The Free plan allows 1 published quiz and up to 50 responses per month (submissions stop at 50 responses).
- All your created quizzes and questions remain safely saved in your account as drafts.
Plan buttons
Each plan card has one button. The label depends on your current subscription.
Click Switch to [Plan Name] to start a Shopify charge. Confirm the charge in Shopify to switch plans.
Usage Charges & Limits
What happens when you reach your included responses?
- Free Plan: Stop at 50 responses. Once your quizzes reach 50 responses, submissions stop until you switch to a paid plan or wait for montly reset limit.
- Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Plus): Quizzes never stop accepting responses. When your store exceeds the included monthly response quota, additional submissions are automatically billed as Shopify usage charges at the following rates:

Email Allowance and Overage Charges
Quizify includes built-in email features to notify store owners and send results to customers:- Free Monthly Allowance: All plans include 100 free emails per month.
- Additional Email Charges (Overage): Additional emails beyond the 100 free emails are billed at $1 per 100 emails as Shopify usage charges.

- Billing and usage charges are processed securely through Shopify. After you click Switch to [Plan Name], confirm the recurring charge and usage terms in Shopify.
- Cancel plan returns a paid store to the Free plan. Quizzes that exceed the Free plan’s publishing limit may be unpublished.
- Feature access in Quizify follows the plan you are on. Some integrations and analytics tools require Growth, Pro, or Plus.
