Create a quiz

Click the Create quiz button on your dashboard to start building from scratch or choose from a template. After the quiz is created, you can configure questions, results, and logic in the Quiz Builder. Create quiz

Get started

The Get Started card is your launch checklist. It shows how many of the 6 tasks are done. Expand a task, then use its button to complete that step.

Step	What it does
Enable App Embed	Turns on Quizify in your Shopify theme so quizzes can load on the store.
Build Your First Quiz	Creates a quiz from a template or from scratch.
Turn Quiz Takers Into Leads	Adds a form to collect name, email, or phone.
Match Answers to Products	Links answers to products or collections for recommendations.
Make It Look Like Your Brand	Matches colors, fonts, and buttons to your store.
Go live on your store	Publishes the quiz as a page embed or popup.

Analytics

Analytics (Last 30 days) shows store-wide quiz results in six cards. 0 means there is no activity yet.

Metric	What it shows
Views	How many times quizzes were opened.
Responses collected	How many quiz responses were submitted.
Emails / Phone captured	How many emails or phone numbers were collected.
Revenue	Sales connected to quizzes, in your store currency.
Add to cart	How many times recommended products were added to cart.
Orders	How many orders came from quizzes.

Quiz library

Quiz library lists your latest 5 quizzes. Each row shows the quiz name, last updated time, emails captured, and status.

• Published — live on your store

Click Edit to open the Quiz Builder. Click ⋯ for more actions:

Action	What it does
Preview	See the quiz before customers do.
Publish	Put the quiz on your store.
Submissions	Open responses for that quiz.
Analytics	Open results for that quiz.
Duplicate	Make a copy of the quiz.
Rename	Change the quiz name.
Delete	Remove the quiz permanently.
