You can open the Quiz Builder when creating a new quiz or editing an existing quiz.Create a new quiz
Follow these steps to create a new quiz and open it in the Quiz Builder.
- Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
- Go to My Quizzes.
- Click Create quiz, enter a name.
- Click Create.
- Your new quiz will open in the Quiz Builder.
Edit an existing quiz
Follow these steps to open an existing quiz in the Quiz Builder.
- Open Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
- Go to My Quizzes.
- Find your quiz and click Edit.
- The quiz will open in the Quiz Builder.
Quiz Builder overview
The Quiz Builder interface is divided into different areas to help you build and customize your quiz easily.| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Top bar | Shows the quiz title, status, preview options, and publish/embed controls. |
| Left navigation | Access different builder sections such as Quiz, Recommendation, Logic Jump, Email Notification, Integration, Language, Design, and Publish. |
| Live preview | Displays a real-time preview of your quiz as you build and make changes. |
| Settings panel | Configure the settings for the selected element (question, design, recommendation, etc.). |
| Save controls | Preview your quiz or get the embed code to publish it on your store. |
Top bar
The top bar gives you quick access to important controls and information.| Element | Description |

| Quiz title | Displays the name of your quiz. |
| Status | Shows the current status of the quiz (Draft or Published). |
| Device preview | Switch between desktop and mobile view in the preview. |
| Preview | Preview your quiz before publishing. |
| Embed Quiz | Get the embed code to add the quiz to your store (requires publishing). |
