Overview

Before You Start

• An active Zapier account.
• A User Form slide in your quiz if you want customer contact data included.
• Growth Plan or higher in Quizify.

Navigation

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
2. Open your quiz from Dashboard or My Quizzes.
3. In the Quiz Builder, click Integration in the left navigation menu.
4. Select Automation and click Zapier.

How to Connect Zapier

Step 1: Create a Zap with Webhooks Trigger

1. In Zapier, click Create Zap.
2. For the trigger app, select Webhooks by Zapier.
3. Choose the event Catch Hook and click Continue.
4. Copy the unique Webhook URL provided by Zapier.

Step 2: Paste Webhook in Quizify

1. In Quizify under Integration → Automation → Zapier, paste your Webhook URL.
2. Click Connect.

Step 3: Send Test Payload

1. Click Save in Quizify.
2. Complete a test run of your quiz on your storefront.
3. In Zapier, click Test Trigger to verify that the submission data was captured.
