Integration

The Integration section in the Quiz Builder connects Quizify with the tools you already use.

Navigation

Open Integration like this:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Quizify.
2. Open a quiz from Dashboard or My Quizzes (click Edit or create a new quiz).
3. In the Quiz Builder, click Integration in the left icon menu.

Before You Start

Add a User Form (or email field in the user form) so users can share an email when you want marketing tools to sync leads. Important: Most marketing and automation syncs need an email from the quiz submission. If no email is collected, those tools may not receive the lead.

Page Overview

When Integration is selected, you will see:

• Category list (left) — Filter integrations by type
• Integration cards (center) — Browse available apps; connected ones show a Connected badge
• Connect panel (right) — Enter keys, choose lists, manage review settings, or disconnect

Connect an Integration

​

Marketing apps (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, Brevo)

1. Open Integration → Marketing (or All).
2. Click the app card.
3. Enter your Private API Key.
4. For ActiveCampaign, also enter your API URL.
5. Click Connect.
6. Keep the connection enabled for this quiz.

Note: Most marketing and automation syncs need an email from the quiz submission. If no email is collected, those tools may not receive the lead.

Tracking & Analytics (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics)

1. Open Integration → Tracking & Analytics.
2. Click Facebook pixel or Google analytics.
3. Enter your Facebook Pixel ID or Google Analytics Tracking / Measurement ID.
4. Click Connect.

Automation (Make, Zapier)

1. Open Integration → Automation.
2. Click Make or Zapier.
3. Paste your webhook URL (Catch Hook / webhook).
4. Click Connect.

Reviews (Judge.me, Loox, Trustwill)

1. Open Integration → Reviews.
2. Click the review app card.
3. Connect the app.
4. Optionally set:
   • Hide when no review
   • Icon primary color
   • Icon secondary color
5. Save your settings.

Review integrations show ratings on recommended products. They do not send marketing lead lists the same way email tools do.

Shopify Customers

1. Open Integration → Shopify.
2. Click Shopify Customers.
3. Connect the integration.
4. Make sure your quiz has a User Form with first name, last name, and email visible.

Product Subscription Apps

1. Open Integration → Subscriptions.
2. Click Product Subscription Apps.
3. Connect the integration.

Manage a Connected Integration

When an integration is connected:

• The card shows a Connected badge
• The right panel shows manage options for that app
• You can update list selection (marketing apps), review colors, or other settings
• You can Disconnect the app

Note: Only one review app is typically active at a time. Connecting another review app may ask you to replace the current one.

Disconnect

1. Open the connected integration.
2. Click Disconnect.
3. Confirm in the dialog.
4. The app returns to a not-connected state for this quiz.

What Data Each Integration Receives

This section lists what data Quizify sends (or uses) for each connected app. Important

• Most marketing and automation syncs need a submitted email. If email is missing, sync is skipped.
• A default Quizify tag (or source) is often added so you can find quiz leads later.
• Exact field names can vary slightly by tool.

When and what data is sent

Quizify typically syncs after a quiz submission on the live storefront. Data usually comes from:

• User Form fields (email, first name, last name, phone, newsletter consent)
• Answer tags from Single / Multiple selection answers
• Quiz title and result details
• Recommended products (for some automation payloads)
• Question and answer text (for Zapier and Make)

Notes

• Integrations are set per quiz in the Quiz Builder.
• Marketing syncs usually require a submitted email.
• Add a User Form when you want leads synced to marketing, Shopify, Zapier, or Make.
• Answer tags come from the tags you set on Single / Multiple selection answers.
• Some integrations may depend on your Quizify plan.
